Somos Panas Colombia – ACNUR

Requirement
"Somos Panas Colombia" was born as an initiative to communicate and promote a message of integration between the Venezuelan refugee and migrant population and the Colombian population, aiming to prevent xenophobia. An agency is needed to execute the digital strategy, Press & PR strategy, and audiovisual execution.
Proposal
A 360-degree team works hand in hand with the creative agency to interpret, support, and execute the strategy. Vega Jaramillo handles web development for various needs. They maintain the website to ensure constant communication with the refugee and migrant community, propose the weekly social media content schedule (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, and mailing) with relevant information, and design the advertising plan to achieve strategic objectives through segmentation strategy to reach each specific audience. On the other hand, the press and PR team monitor potential xenophobia crises in the territories to activate the appropriate strategy and design the media visibility strategy with influencers.
Results
92,841 interactions / 115,092 followers across all channels / Over 18 million people reached in 2023 / 12 recognized influencers actively supporting the dissemination of key messages.
